My name is Towy Onikoyi, the founder and creative force behind Tomtam Bakehouse, established in 2012. Based in North Manchester, I specialize in crafting tall, fun, and beautifully designed cakes for all events. Over the years, my skills and style have evolved into a unique signature that I’m incredibly proud of.

Baking has always been a part of my life. Growing up, I was surrounded by the aroma of flour, sugar, and butter, thanks to my mother, a well-known baker in our community. She taught me the fundamentals of baking, and my passion for cakes began at a young age as I watched her create stunning wedding and celebration cakes. I soon started baking for friends and family, gaining confidence in my craft.

In 2012, after having my daughter, I decided not to return to my 9-5 job. Looking for a creative path, my mum encouraged me to refine my cake decorating skills. I joined a masterclass, honed my techniques, and discovered my true passion. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to the art of cake making, transforming my love for baking into a thriving business.
